Client Success Insights Manager

We are seeking an analytical, people-savvy, and process-driven Client Success Manager to foster strong client relationships, drive measurable results, and optimize workflows. This role combines exceptional interpersonal skills with technical expertise, particularly in data analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

▪ Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
▪  Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
▪  Create and refine processes to improve client deliverables and team efficiency, leveraging data insights and best practices.
▪  Master and utilize advanced spreadsheet tools to manage data, track client KPIs, and create detailed reports.
▪  Proactively identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their success.
▪  Collaborate with internal teams (content, analytics, and development) to ensure deliverables meet high standards for quality and impact.
▪  Lead onboarding sessions for new clients, educating them about our AI-driven tools, processes, and expectations.
▪  Act as a client advocate within the company, ensuring their feedback informs future innovations and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

People Skills: Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, with a knack for resolving issues and aligning stakeholders.

▪ Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to draw actionable insights.

Process Improvement: Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and design streamlined, scalable solutions.

Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets), including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring deliverables are accurate, polished, and impactful.

▪ Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, particularly with Amazon, is a plus but not required.
